Chocolate Cheesecake

I made a Chocolate Cheesecake yesterday. Luckily, it turned out to be almost a success. I'm a chocolate lover so I liked it very much. I mean I became satisfied on the taste so much. My family also had it, and they gave quite pretty feed backs.
I tried it by following the Recipes by Carina from YouTube. It's actually very simple. I tried the cheesecake without the use of oven as said in the recipe. It didn't come out THAT much firm as a cake. But it can be said as a mousse cake. When I set it in the fridge for some more hours, it became a little more firm. The chocolates I used are Lindt, Dairy Milk and Hershey's although she suggested Whittaker's. I loved its taste because the taste of the cheese was blended in the middle layer and it was heavenly. Cream cheese of the brand Panda was added by me. I also made the top chocolatey layer, the Ganache. I used Dairy Milk and Hershey's for the Ganache and Lindt and Hershey's for the middle layer. The cookie base was made of Oreo. Actually the taste of all these things, when it got combined, it gave a special taste.
Cheesecakes are always my favorite. Besides chocolate, I love strawberry cheesecake. I recommend to try it out. The best part was taking the cake out of my fridge and then taking a knife to cut it!
Heavenly taste!
