Rainbow Hospitality Group: Restaurant Review

I mean it. This article is about an elegant Iftar with Kochin Kayees Restaurant of Rainbow Hospitality Group. As the name suggests, the hospitality of that restaurant is definitely clean and modest from A to Z. I will have to give the details of what I ate during the Iftar at Kochin Kayees and all about its tasty food. But you know? It's quite difficult, because there were over 100 dishes; to be precise, 111 yummy dishes for Iftar. So here we go!
                                   First of all, the man behind this adventure is Mr. Johnson Manjooraan, The Managing Director, a fine and healthy person to conversate with. He has a very good expertise on the subject matter of Hospitality and Hotels. Particularly when it comes to the ingredients of a dish, he is so sharp and keen on how to use them. On everything he points out, there is a secret. That's ultimately the success of the restaurant chain, I believe.
                                 When we enter the Restaurant, we'll get a fragrance purely of delicious food! That is so heavenly. Me and my family prefer Kochin Kayees often when it comes to fooding. So I'm also assuring your satisfaction. I also noticed a key point which their group has highlighted on their restaurant walls-"Please Don't Waste Food-Waste Food will be packed and charged according to Weight". That's a very good initiative I must say. Perhaps, everybody agrees it. It was the first time I saw such a meaningful and sincere initiative by a Restaurant. Appreciated!
                                  Coming to the dishes; Starters to Desserts offered a magical feast! I've told you that there were 111 dishes. Now this is not an approximate count but a true figure. I'm not listing out each and everything just because your taste buds would be tingling with eagerness to taste them! 30 starters and snacks like Chicken Popcorn, Mutton Kebab Pin Wheel, Chicken Samosa, Chicken Quesadilla, Dates Pakora, Aloo Pakora etc. including some cut fruits and juices. 29 Assorted Salads like Raitha, Mango Pickle, Cucumber Yoghurt Salad, Coleslaw, Salsa etc. A Sweet Corn Chicken Soup too. 33 main course dishes like Beef Biryani, Ghee Rice, Bekal Chicken, Mutton Stew, Mutton Mini Kebab, Fish Curry, Crab Thoran, Kappa etc. Way too yummy, right!? Not yet over. Sweets coming up as 18 items like Payasam, Gulab Jamun, Chocolate Pudding, Rice Kheer, Mahalabiya, Muffins and many more including a special Cinnamon Tea.
                               The thing is that, these food items contain all the elements suitable for people from most of the nationalities. All the items had something unique in their taste and process. The experience was dulcet. From the Rose Milk to Beef Biryani that we had left an impression in our minds.
