All through my late teen era until this very moment where I'm in my mid-twenties, people have been asking me one particular thing. 'How is university life here in UAE?' To answer that question, I kinda had to go through thinking about presenting them a PPT presentation with bullet points to make them understand. Well, if I can't do a seminar I'm all in for a deep dive about it on my own blog.  PS: whatever I mention here is in my own personal experience (facts though) and note that I did both my bachelors and masters at Amity University Dubai.  1. Learning at my university, I didn't just learn. Well let's admit, and we all know, that academic learning can be quite monotonous often. But at my university, I seldom felt so. The campus is way spacious and too far from monotonous. Guess what, it has a HUGE library, computer labs, study areas, SILENT study zones, canteen, cafe, and what not. Looking out for an ideal cafeteria in UAE? Well, I've got you a very apt place. Al Ijaza Cafeteria is the topic of today! I went to one of its outlets and I was overwhelmed by the place. Their food is very popular actually. We can see many customers of them tagging them after eating at Al Ijaza which is not a small thanks. Two items are the best over there. It shows their uniqueness in taste-Hassan Mather and Honey Fries. I'm going to make you try them because it is too delicious!
Hassan Mather is heavenly. They have some sort of secret recipe for it. We'll feel half the taste of Shawarma and half some secret beautiful taste. Hassan Mather is one of their star attractions. It has Chicken, fries etc in it. I cannot figure out what is their secret! Anyway the secret ingredient is turning out to be a hero for Al Ijaza. Hassan Mather will prove you their uniqueness for sure. Next comes Honey Fries. As you can guess, it is mixed in honey. But the surprise is that some spices are also added in it like Chilli flakes! That is a very good combo they have discovered. Spiciness and sweetness together goes pretty well. I had too many spoonfuls of Honey Fries and they cannot be ever hesitated by anybody.
 They also have a wide variety of juices in different INTERESTING names too. Juices are very fine because it has no much sugar and no less sugar. They taste absolutely correct in their sweetness. Al Ijaza's tag line is 'The talk of Dubai since 1990'. I was just born in 2002 but I can definitely sense the talk because even now in this 2019, Al Ijaza remains super-yummy. They also have burgers, clubs etc.








The coolest thing about their ambience is to be mentioned for sure. Obviously it is very charming as it is near the beach. Winter will be appropriate with Ijaza. You will definitely enjoy the breeze and food outside. Their hanging lights and decor added to the beauty. The service for customers was very modest indeed. I felt as if it is the best of Dubai cafes. They have something extra to their taste in every items. Whether burger, juices, Hassan Mather or anything. Too wonderful to be appreciated. 

I visited the Jumeira outlet. I strongly tell all the foodlovers and FUTURE Hassan Mather lovers to visit Al Ijaza for sure to have their hot meals in cold breeze.
