'Tall Girl' (2019): Movie Review

It's a story of a tall girl trying to live in her small world. Even in this century, people judge their fellow beings in terms of appearances that are just under the control of  heredity. Tall Girl features such a dilemma. The Tall Girl in this movie continuously gets teased by the students in her school and is kind of used to the frequent and never-changing sentences. 'How's the weather up there?' is just an example of one of them.

Being tall or short doesn't make our hearts taller or shorter. Everyone has the same pumping organ, the same veins and the same blood with a little bit of difference of A, B, AB and O groups.

The climax is very simple and too much elegant because it crosses all the borderlines of misconceptions. I'm sure that the viewers of this movie will surely be elated after watching. Being a tall person is nothing bad. But it becomes nasty to the society when a GIRL is tall! We need to remember that it is nobody's fault.

This movie has to be watched by ALL, whether tall or short. For tall people, it will be a food for thought as it shows that being a little different is not a sin, but a uniqueness. For short people, it shows how to stop being immature by mocking someone's features.

Ava Michelle plays the role of Jodi, the Tall Girl. Also, Sabrina Carpenter plays a remarkable part of the cinema. I bet that Jodi is a very pleasing character. Want to know more? Watch the movie. It might make you tall, MENTALLY.
