University Life in UAE l Campus Life Dubai l Top Universities l Amity University Dubai

All through my late teen era until this very moment where I'm in my mid-twenties, people have been asking me one particular thing. 'How is university life here in UAE?' To answer that question, I kinda had to go through thinking about presenting them a PPT presentation with bullet points to make them understand. Well, if I can't do a seminar I'm all in for a deep dive about it on my own blog.  PS: whatever I mention here is in my own personal experience (facts though) and note that I did both my bachelors and masters at Amity University Dubai.  1. Learning at my university, I didn't just learn. Well let's admit, and we all know, that academic learning can be quite monotonous often. But at my university, I seldom felt so. An Item to Keep Away from Dogs

I'm sure that at least some of you might have a "WHAT!" in your mind after reading the title. Yeah, that was exactly my reaction when I first knew this. Chocolates contain an element called theobromine which is the root cause of this. Theobromine doesn't work in the same way that it does in humans. The biological system of dogs isn't supported to properly absorb chocolate contents.

This is because humans have a good metabolism strength for chocolates but dogs don't. Theobromine is actually toxic. But since humans metabolize it faster, they are not under threat. Dogs metabolise it slowly, thus the toxicity overpowers. It can cause internal bleeding, heart attacks and seizures. However, the effects and hazards depend upon the quantity or amount of chocolates consumed by dogs.

Nevertheless, even a small bite of chocolate can cause illnesses like diarrhea and vomiting. Remember, dark chocolate contains more of theobromine thus even a small amount of chocolate can cause very serious symptoms or can be even fatal.
